We have all seen the OG Officially Gassed modified Micra K11 turbo 1.0, so here is my modified 1.4 Nissan Micra/March K11 which has had an engine swap and ITB’s and surprises hot hatch cars so it’s a bit of a sleeper! Road legal go kart! #micramafia

all 4 cyl Alfa 116 with carburetors had individual throttle bodies in 70's and 80's, from Giulietta 1300 to Giulietta/Alfetta/GTV 2000 and early Alfa 75/90. I owned one of them and was a pleasure, no lag between pressing accelerator and getting power. When later models transited to injection, ITB went lost forever.

I love the term "jubilee clips." Here in the states we call them "worm gear clamps." I wish we had all the great cars in the states instead of detuned crap. Cool video. Its hard to go wrong with the sound alone from an ITB setup.

Don’t recommend it the 5sfe thrives on mid range torque. The money you’ll spend for power gains won’t be worth it, and just make things just overall worse. Just let me do it instead aha

Loads of maintenance with quality spark plugs, oil filter, and some good engine oil and coolant. Start of small, maybe a cold air intake?

in what sense would it loose drivability with bigger injectors?

They can be troublesome to get the mixture exactly right because even a small change in injector “open” time causes a relatively bigger change in fuelling. However, the comment would be more appropriate if talking about larger diameter throttle bodies.
