DIY Home Built Made Ski Snow bike Snowscoot Construction methods in detail steering and mounts

Just some short clips edited together so you can see how my home made snowscooter snowbike is made. I cut the snowboard with an angle grinder with a metal slitting disc gently through the edges, then rounded it off more with a flap disc, and then a DA sander. The new front mount is made from some bits of alloy TIG welded, as the old one was very heavy and flexed around too much as it used rubber bushings from a car.

Sebi Solomon Bolted to the original binding mounting threaded holes.

where or how did you get the mounting part between the scooter chasis and snowboard ? is it custom made ?

+Cihan Boztarla Yes, the rear mount is a plate of stainless steel drilled to suit, and the front is aluminium TIG welded and drilled.
