Ohhh, Thank you Mary! I do love how the glass pumpkins turned out. They defininetly add a lot of charm and elegance to my fall decor, and I love the soft glow of the lights, especially at night. So fun! I started using air dry clay this year and it's so fun as an adult channeling my inner child. Both of these projects on my must make list. Can't wait to make the glass ones, as I have all the materials. Also, I will have at least one pumpkin ready for next week to craft along with you.🎃 🍁

If you use a base of aluminum foil to make the pumpkin shape first then cover with clay you use less clay and less drying time . Love the projects today!

Ive always wanted to try the aluminum foil base and build an item. Ive saw birds and all sorts of things. You may have stumbled onto something. Hey, you could teach us all how to do it. 😂. ❤

Hello Charlotte!!! I think using an aluminum base is a nifty trick. I'm definitely going to try that next time. I'm not sure I'm qualified to teach sculpting just yet, I need a LOT more practice. 😁 I love this craft, though, and I can't wait to try making a few more things.
