Wow Lisa, what a wonderful gift to give your sisters. They are beautiful and the purpose of the books is the best idea I’ve heard. You are right about not knowing how much longer we will be able to keep Bibles. I love the color sea glass and I think every piece you used the color on is beautiful. Hi Lisa, I love your vignette, that colour is one of my favourites and the dark wax really sets the picture frame off, it looks gorgeous, as does everything else. The journals are very beautiful, your sisters and your extra sister will love them. The gold on the pages really gives it something else and I love it. Such a beautiful way to keep close to your family, as are the other ways you get together with them. I wish I was as close with my 2 sisters but that will never be so I don’t push it. As a family we have never really been close, although I’m closer to my oldest sister than the middle one but that is their choice. I think I will make some of those journals though and I will use one of these for myself as I love journalling from my Bible. I used to do this with my friend but unfortunately we are too far apart in distance now, we are 2 states away from each other. I loved all your projects today. Sea glass is such a beautiful color. My favorite is the scripture journals. I want to make one for myself. I worry that we will not be able to keep our Bibles forever. I looked for the exact stamps you used using the link you shared but could not find it. I specifically wanted Psalm 119:11, so I did a search for that, and I just cannot find a stamp set with that same verse included. Can you post a closeup pic or something?
