my fan has been turning off on it's own after around 15 minutes. wondered if you had this issue?. I also am wondering if my mesh is not big enough that would cause this. All in all, it's a great design!

That's because your restricting the airflow for to long. You have a safety on the machine incase this happens. It's basically a safety for overheating.

It's a great machine I made it just like you did, the only problem I'm having is the blower keeps kicking out. . It will reset after about 5 minutes. Maybe I need a longer sock to let more air out. Can you help me out brother.

Sounds like electrical. Maybe something is getting wet is foam getting to the electrical maybe the fabric, sprinkler head pattern. or soap mixture is slightly off and the foam could be backing up. Try adjusting one of these

May sound crazy but most of the time fans end up working harder with less resistance because they move so much more air. It's not what intuition would say and it does depend on the fan type. I think your idea of making the sock bigger was a good one but maybe consider making a smaller one
