Ashley, you are a true super woman. You remind me so much of myself when I was younger. I would be up before dawn and not finish till late evening. Now that I am retired, but still active, I found out that my exhaustion and inflamation that was bringing me down was due to a weakened thyroid that was not able to produce enough T4, and subsequently T3 which regulates energy use was non-existent. It caused me to be constantly dieting to try to get healthy, but what I really needed was T3, T4, and TSH Labs done and an endocrinologist to get me balanced. For years, I suffered from achey joints, hair thinning, depression, chills, hot flashes and weight gain even though I never ate more than two moderate meals a day. My primary doctor never connected the dots. Hope you feel better soon.

My dad was a WWII Vet. Yes, I'm old. But you asked about tea tree oil. The clinic & hospital on bases always smelled of tea tree oil. They used it in their cleaning solution. So I didn't like the scent because it reminded me of the "hurry up & wait" mindset on the military base. The wait was eternal in my young mind. But now it is the scent of fresh & clean. ❤

That was a great day! You got so much accomplished! I bet you love your shower! I know I think it's the most wonderful and beautiful shower I've ever seen, indoors or outdoors! Too cute, Jonathan fixing your hat with duct tape! I fix my winter gloves that way! Pizza looked great! I bet you make the best. I've never tried to. Except for I do make a killer keto friendly pizza. Now you all are on the long haul on your house. You've got foundation done and framework up, now it's the monotonous part of row after row and not becoming bored in the process. But I know you'll all be great at it and we won't be bored watching the process! Your entire family is so appreciated!❤ Oh and yes on tea tree oil. I use it in everything, shampoo, add it to Dr Bronner's soap, tooth paste, dreadlock moisturizer spray, even put it on wounds.

Jonathan sounds a bit stuffed up. Allergies? I like the calendar idea you had. Yay, more Portland cement! I like that you had the shade to do the laundry in. Good idea! Yum, pizza toppings! Just that alone is worth the greater distance of driving! Pizza lunch! Yes, therapy is hard. I'm usually wiped out after a session. My counselor asks such great questions and gets me out of my rut and helps me see what I can't see myself! It's amazing. I'm heavy on guilt and shame and I don't see it until she leads me through it. So freeing but hard to avoid. Yay, your phone can run the Ghost Controls gate! Nice, the app is very handy for you guys! Too bad you lost your hat Ashley but I'm glad you have a hat to make another one from. Duct tape to the rescue! Yes, new hat needed. Yay, first bags of course 6! This entire video is gorgeous, visually. The content is interesting and the actors (😊😉) are superb. The house’s tidy worksite makes the construction-especially with the wood doorframes and the mountains, sky, and desert flora-a work of art. Yes! A work of art. The great photography polishes it off. Heartfelt thanks (and, gosh, my eyes were teary) to you Ashley for including therapy, and the fact that it’s hard. I went through Better Help therapy a few years ago and I’m so grateful for it. I’m stronger and when hard times come, I always know it’s there waiting to back me up. Oh, the gate! I split my emotional (yes, nearly a tear!) reaction over the gate’s wifi control working (it does!) between Jonathan (so well spoken and confident!) and Ghost Controls. There’s nothing slicker than those electronics. ❤ A work of art. Yes.

Ashley, even God rested on the seventh day. He gave us this day to rest and rejuvenate. Make a plan that no work is done on your "sabbath" so your mental and physical health can rest. Being a mom is mostly thankless because the family never sees the hundreds of small things you do or think about for them. Prepare enough food on Sat. for the next day. Take the fam on a nature walk ,play music, or whatever you guys like. You will at first be tempted to get up and "do" just this or that at first but be firm and dedicate the day to relax or God or whatever your need. You will find the entire family looking forward to the rest day. i personally dress up so I won't run out and start digging in the garden.
