What type of jet housing/jet would you need if you wanted to design your jets as venturi jets in a concrete tub? Most of the venturi housings have the air inlet right on the jet housing, so you would either need to: A. Have the entire jet housing in the wall, with the water and air pipes also in the wall. B. Add an extender to the venturi housing which goes through the wall, to which you would need to attach a jet housing to the end of. Would you do a video explaining how you might design a venturi jet through an 8 inch concrete wall?

I am building a two person hot tub/spa bath out of wood, 37mm thick plus a bit for epoxy and varnish. Do i need to use concrete fittings?

Hi Robert, no, I would not use the concrete style as you will struggle to seal up against your wood. You should use a style with a gasket so you can tighten them onto the wood to make the seal initially. Hope that helps - Andi

great video, I have a question on removing a jet. Im trying to remove a 2" waterway jet. I turned it counter clockwise until it shut off and then a bit more. it will not come off. I tried on the jet next to it and it came off. I twisted the jet back to the right and then to the left and its really tight and will not come off. Any thoughts?

Thanks Robert. This is a tough one to be honest, it could be cross threaded into the body housing. What I would try is putting an "oil filter wrench" on the jet and seeing if that gives you enough leverage to turn it - tape up the ends of the wrench if you dont want to damage the jet itself as they scratch easily.
