Hello Darlene. Beautiful bath bombs. I didn't know you could add butters to your bath bombs. I've watched several other soap makers making bath bombs and I've never seen them add the ingredients you did and give such a detailed explanation as to why. Thank you for sharing.

I love all of your videos and I know how expensive making videos are, I have a channel also. Your white bowls make it super hard to see anything. But again I love your videos and the hours you put in to doing this for all of us.

I would also like to know 😃
@BodyHavenSoaps Жыл бұрын
No specific amount I used about 10 grams but this will depend on the humidity of your area you honestly may not need any you will have to see how the mixture sticks together it it’s not moulding add a little at a time

Hi! I was just wondering if there would be a recipe without the use of dehumidifiers? Its an expensive investment in some countries so i was wondering! Thanks in advance!

I've been planning on making bathbombs since October, still haven't, I might have to try your recipe this weekend in the donut mold I've never used. 😂 Thank you for sharing your recipes and processes! Much appreciation from Nanaimo!

Love the look of this bath bomb formulation! I was always told that Poly-80 was needed for mica as well, because if we don't use it then we can leave mica rings around the water line of the tub ... was I given incorrect information?
@angief892 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, i always use poly 80 for mica but you don't need it for water soluble dyes which i also use. I think Darlene meant it the other way around..
@BodyHavenSoaps Жыл бұрын
With oils in the bath bombs yes mica will stick to tub sides , mica will not stain like a dye tho but the poly-80 allows oil to mix with water

Hi Darlene, great detailed video, I am currently used a product called LA Bomb bathbomb colorant from Bramble Berry, pre dissolved in glycerin, am I correct in thinking that by adding this to my batch I should be calculating it as a wet ingredient? Like a part of some of my oils? Honesty I have always just winged it when it came to creating a bath bomb but I'm not really happy with my end product sometimes.

There is no specific amount I use around 10 grams but you need to use enough for the right consistency and that will depend on the humidity of your environment you may not need any at all
