all these vids all talk about multiple wires . I have only two white cloth covered wires from the old thermostat , which was removed previously . How do I tell which wire is which and where do they connect ?

Hi I'm not clear on your question but if you go through the installation guide in the application on your phone or tablet it should walk you through which wires go where. Good luck!

Ok so if you have a jumper wire do you still count the letter that the jumper wire was connected to?

Why did you label your R an RH? There is also an RC depending which sticker you choose, very confusing. Edit: Can you just plug the red one into any the rc or rh slots?

I'm not sure . I followed the guide as the app instructed . Each installation will vary slightly

An opportunity to produce a good video but the showing where the different colored wires went was regretfully omitted. Too bad since this was the main reason for the video, IMO.

Hi. Thanks for watching . The wires will vary house by house and every installation is different . If you follow the instructions from the app on the phone it will guide you as to which wires to use where
