Handmade newspaper basket - is wonderful stuff for everything! You can put candies into it, or your post (envelopes for example), or whatever you want. Recycled Newspapers should be used not for rubbish - just for the great things like this kind of craft. You can leave ready paper basket without coloring, but it looks awesome when it's painted. For painting I use spray paint - paper does not absorb it. It is easy step by step tutorial - how to make a basket from recycled newspaper.

This is very good indeed,i am going to make my children do this one in class.It is very inexpensive, and is a wonder to look at while going through the process of making it.I think children in school need to learn much more of this kind of craft,it is very interesting, and saves money.

I recently tried to make a square basket out of newspaper and that didn't work cause I weaved the base, this idea sounds awesome and I just need to kidnap next doors newspaper then I'll have a go. would it work for putting pencils in? I'm not the nicest person so it may get some wear and tear is it strong enough?
