I don't any other name aside maco. It can be gotten at a shop where they sell shoe making material. Kindly Google it to have clearer picture and with that, you will be able to identify it easily when seen. Hope this response is helpful. Thanks for checking in

You will have to join the Aso Oke to have the required height if you're using this method. And the remaining processes are still same. I hope this help
