True but it’ll look tacky. It’s not as foldable as that paper she’s using. And the green is too neon unless you spray paint it. It’s all for texture and aesthetic purposes.

It's crepe paper. If you use it as it is it's not waterproof, however you can use waterproof spray to make it more durable 🤗
