In this video I show how to polish a flat Kenworth box. These can be a pain to polish. Just remember getting 100% line free on flat surfaces is very hard... once you take it outside in the sun most of those imperfections you see from led lighting will disappear.

Looks Great Dennis....I've had that blue Matchless bar before...but I thought Matchless went out of biz....Not sure if Andy still carries any in his warehouse. I'd like to see you do air cleaners on the truck...sanding too if possible. I've done a bunch of em....but never sanded any on the truck. Keep up the videos....like seeing different methods for polishing

So to remove the sanding marks you just keep on sanding then over with a heavy cut ? And for a heavy what do you recommend for the wheel and the color of the bar, aswell as the coloring stage can use a white wheel with white bar?

the color of the bars and whether they are heavy cut, medium cut, coloring, finishing... greatly varies with the brand you choose to use. Thanks for watching!

Are you using a heavy cutting wheel with a color bar as a first pass on the steps? No tripoli?

Ok thanks… also, I watch all your videos and got into polishing metal about 3 years now and I noticed you cut slow and steady, my question to you is can your cut ever leave any white lines in the aluminum if you get to hot? Especially with the 6000? I once tried doing an endcap exactly like you and after my cut I could still see lines that I worked worked and worked and just couldn’t get them out, maybe I should’ve took down to a 220 grit first instead of starting with a 320? Any advice would be helpful! Awesome videos Dennis! 👍
