Loving all of the blues on these pages - so striking! My graduation gown was a very similar colour to yours, and this has definitely convinced me to use a black background with pops of blue when I finally get to the end of my university scrapbook! I use a blue base with different pops of colour a lot, but sometimes I should let the blue be the star of the show! Also - Belated Congratulations on Graduation!
