Very pretty. I made a flower mobile for a baby shower using foam wreath. I used ribbon for the hanging part instead of wire or you can use fishing wire if you don't want it to show. I might do this for my niece's wedding.

You could also have layered the hula hoop with different sizes: smaller hoop hanging little lower from original hoop, smaller one hang from top, illusion of canopy

Diane Pernsley thank you very much! It probably took me 30 to 40 minutes. So I used 40 hydrangeas .. 27 roses ... (hoop diameter 27 inches ) (hydrangeas diameter 6 inches) ( roses diameter 4 inches ) let me know if you need anything else 😃😃😃😃
