I am making my own as writing this, if you prefer white or black, definitely use paint instead of spray paint or get multiple cans cause it takes a lot of paint to cover!!

KUDOS to you! I don't know what else you have on your channel but this video was enough for me to subscribe. My son has been wanting these for his Jordans but i could not justify $60 (x2) for some laminate mini shelves for shoes. I don't know why I never thought to build it. I'm about to shock the sh*t out of him with this DIY project lol.

@@MsFlashy24 Of course, it's made of solid wood, which is better and cost me less. Winner, winner. Laminate startes to warp after awhile. Which is why I was hesitant because you can't replace the shelves like you can with the Billy bookcase.

Hey good question, I forgot to mention it! But I drilled a hole right behind where the plant is and screwed it into the wall, since whatever I added there would cover it!

My little sister still uses it to this day! I would say it could hold up to 5 lbs each

What size drill bit & screws did you use?

For the screws I believe they were #8 2 inch screws! As for the drill bit, I just use whatever one resembles the thickness of the screw!
