To help with the white showing on the edges you can scale up the % until the border is gone. You can preview it before you print.

I planned on printing the covers on cardstock. I didn't think about laminating the cardstock after printing. I'm making my momand myself some journals. Once I get good like you I will only sell pre made journals. The only exception is if I get a custom order request. I'm going to do discbound, twin coils and possibly the simple plastic coils for smaller notebooks.

I would love to see how you design the inside lined pages & how you make an image go ghost behind that!

I believe that has to do with adjusting the transparency of the image. Not sure if the paper comes with lined pages or she prints them along with the girl image.

actually, if you look at the instructions for the machine thats not how you actually bind it. You should put the front and back cover on first, back to back, add the pages, squash the coil, then flip the back cover over, so that it hides where the coil joins. Hope that helps ...it looks much neater that way

Tutorial is very helpful. When you laminate 8i/2 x11, it comes out larger than the paper. How do you trim the cover without damaging the laminate.
@AngelBDesigns4 жыл бұрын
I trim it with a a paper cutter. I just don’t trim all the way to the paper. I leave a bit of space so the the laminate doesn’t come apart
