Thanks for this video .I just got my first Kayak and this is exactly what happened. Did you say it's okay to put some pressure or weight on the bow if sitting in the sun doesn't do it ?

today it reached 100 f out and i strapped it to my car haul warped down and as soon as i put preasure on the straps it bowed i took it off as soon as it occured and put down ward pressure on it with my feet lesson learn and got lucky it went back to shape overall.

Do you think that maybe you could do a maintenance series of vids. Especially biased towards long term enjoyment of our kayaks. Thinking of everything from storage, to after use wipe downs, from chemicals to preventative maintenance, I’m sure there’s a ton more that I don’t know what to even ask for. I’m pretty new to the kayak game, always had boats and maintaining them was huge. Just a thought

Hello all, I just bought a new ascend kayak from bass pro shops to fish. I have used it once and haven’t even had it more than a week and already have these features below where I sit. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or need to change how I store it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
