Hey Lux!
I think we are all at that stage of making sure we are staying sane by adding a bit of Self Care to our daily routine. What better way than to include some #quaHAIRtine to that regime. My way of explaining this new found word of mine is by understanding that our HAIR also needs some taken care of, which in the end results into a happier mood! Let’s face it, our hair tells a lot about our health so why not take good care of it by adding protective styles as known as QuaHAIRtine styles. (P.s. I know you heard it here first!)

If your scalp is dry and flaky you could have serbric dermetius. The way I eased my daughters was to not only treat topically but to moisturize internally. You need to hydrate with plenty of water and eat omegas such as nut, salmon, avocado. You can even take a omega supplement or fish oil supplement.
