I don't know if you know, but mod podge is also a sealant... So you can put mod podge over it and it will dry clear, with a glaze :)

Yes, I tried that last year with one of my notebook. Once it had dry, it was so streaky and blurry. The pictures start falling off, so I had to go over with scotch/clear duck tape.

If you cover the pictures with glue or mod podge if will stay. If you want to photos to stay then I would recommend doing it after you glue the photos to the folder because it will act as a seal, I did it with my notbook

i dont know if you applied another layer of mod podge over the pics to seal the pics. So, glue the pics down with mod podge and apply anothet layer on top of the entire side, like spread the mod podge over the entire folder where u had the pics. Mod podge will dry clear so the final product wont be ugly and streaky from the paint brush (you can also use a sponge to apply mod podge)

I think I can help. If u cover all the pieces of paper with tape and then stick them on, the pictures won't rip or discolour and they will easily stay on the folder.
