this turned out soo cute! I saw a version of this skirt made with fake flowers and lights too where the flowers are sold in at a gradient if it makes sense as well as on top. I like that this is much more simpler!

I was going to say this. Since they're ornaments, there is probably a little loop where the hanging string should be that would be a perfect spot to sew them on, and if it;s sewn in a little loose, they'd move and sway a bit as she moved, too, without compromising the sway of the skirt much.

That is a really difficult question! I absolutely fell in love with David Tennant and was devastated when he decided to regenerate. I was dead set against liking Matt Smith, but he and Amy grew on me very quickly, to the point where I was sad when he regenerated. I am loving Peter Capaldi too and will be sad when he decides to regen. *Sigh* I'm also a huge fan of Christopher Eccleston and think he gets a raw deal from some of the fans.

Lisa Everything you said, all of the above are also my sentiments. CE was my first Doctor. I cried when he regenerated like the world was over. Then loved DT, thought he was the best thing since avocado. Got angry when he left. Along came Matt Smith, and I said "eh, not gonna like him, he's probably too funny." But Amy made him perfect too. Then the magnanimous PC with all his "ain't nobody got time for this...except me" sass and I thought he was the best thing since DT.
