If you stick the rollers and pain brushes in bags that can be wrapped around them with as little air in the bag as possible, you can throw them in your fridge for a week or so. If you plan on coming back to a project in a few weeks time, throw them in the freezer. No unnecessary washing in between. My mom has been doing this for 60 years. Tried and true. I’m sure someone on the internet will yell at me for some reason because I’ve shared how we do things, but I hope this helps someone, regardless. Happy painting!

The removal of the wallpaper and then painting it with that beautiful color of paint has made a massive difference already. It is so open and inviting. I can't wait to see what else you have planned. Nice job Gabby. You're a one-woman power machine. 😏 Loving it.

Am currently on a flare-up with the fibromyalgia over doing things as usual we are very similar tidy up as you go along, your definitely a goer you dont stop which makes things alot worse, you have done an amazing job absolutely beautiful & I'd go for the white wooden blinds, am 54yrs old suffering from fybro for the last 17yrs its tuff but as a mum we have to keep going, your an amazing person & mum God bless you & your family x 🙏❤️☘️🇮🇪

I swear we have the same brain 😂 I’m almost at completion of decorating my hall stairs and landing and I’m like you I hate it, have no energy but want it done. Also there’s a spider on my ceiling that I have had to paint around too 😂 xx

Looking lovely so far 👌 dado rail but I would like to have adodo rail lol. Oh and BTW, I have tried the same paint you mentioned and I thought it was OK but I used dulux kitchen paint and it was a game changer. Matt finish and washable walls even better than the other one, I mean absolutely love it and it has a low odour, I have used it all over my home and it's just amazing. The bathroom paint is good too but the kitchen one is really strong and durable, it's a matt emulsion and I highly recommend.

Gabbie,go over the blue with cheap white emulsion first, it will probably need 2 coats to cover it before you put the different colour on top.

Looks so good!! With the navy the wet look, is the navy a silk paint? For future ref its hard to paint over you need to sand it ideally xx
