I don’t know if you read the comments still but I just want to say this is my favorite of the hangers I’ve made so far. I used slightly shorter cords using 4mm single twist cord since that’s what I have the most of. It came out so nicely. Next I plan to change the top by adding 3 arms in square knots and adding an 8” hoop at the top for a bushy Thanksgiving Cactus that needs the room up top so it won’t cover the holding diamond pattern at the base. I love to follow along and mix up the different patterns you’ve shown and making them my own. It’s fun and gives me more room for more plants! Thank you again. Your channels is a real blessing. Wish I would have found it sooner!

Absolutely love this design and thanks so much for sharing your demonstration. Mine came out beautiful on my first try. ❤ now I’m going to attempt to make a table scarf for a small snack table and I want to add eithe tassels or small feathers. I just started making macramé on June 5th because I wanted pretty plant hangers. Such a lovely craft to add to my repertoire of fun things to do. Besides painting, drawing, sculpting, journal making, sewing and gardening. Now I’m going to take a pottery class😂❤😊

It was my first plant hanger, and it turned out beautifully. I wish I would have doubled the length from the top as it looked shorter at the beginning of the video. It took me a few retries, but I am very pleased with the end result. Thank you for the tutorial!

Go a little further in the video and she shows you directions for the back Diamond which is the same as for the front diamond

You don't need extra cords for the 3rd diamond from what I can tell. There's already enough cords there I think

@@macrameschool it is because the bottom diamond where you're merging the right and left diamonds doesn't have specific instructions. When you go to the other side the bottom one has better instructions but the first bottom one doesn't
