I made this plant holder using a smaller string, and it turned out nicely. It was my first plant hanger, and though I had difficulty at first getting the hang of the square knot, it turned out better than I expected. Now I'll have to buy larger macrame cord to try another one. Thanks for the great instructions in this video. You made it simple and easy.

I really like this simple design! Thank you for such thorough instructions. I just watched a similar video with the same knots, but her hands were blocking some parts. I appreciate how you placed the rope in your hands and with your fingers to give beginners a better understanding.

This would’ve been a great tutorial if you would’ve said from the very beginning or somewhere in your video say what the length of the cord is! For that reason I would write this of five
