Hi, It looks like when you put the 4 on each end, it says in the box to the right to make the cord not in the middle but shorter on the one of them and then put it on, but, it seems like you just fold the 480 cord in half...?

Gostaria de saber, que tipo de fio ou cordão de algodão trancado você usou. A impressão que se tem assistindo o vídeo que ele tem brilho???

Here are some answers on all the below questions: section A : when you make a twisted rope the filler cord can be shorter than the working cord because with the filler cord you don't make any knots (this saves you rope ) Yes you can use 3mm rope, but your work is going to be a bit shorter. The dimension of the rod doesn't really matter, it's probably 2.5cm. The first 4(8)and the last 4 (8)ropes are used to make a twisted rope so you can make one side shorter than the other (of two lark knots the 2 ropes in the middle are the short parts, these are filler cords) what size plank?: after your work is done, measure your work and the plank should be slightly larger. If it goes to fast, in the settings you can slow down the video.

Hello, this is the most beautiful macrame pattern I have found on KZbin 🙂 I can't wait to make it! Looking at the result, I think it's obvious that the wood panel is shorter than the wood stick, so it can't be 60cm as you mentioned in the comments. Can you give us the exact length of the wood panel please? Because it has to correspond to the 38 pieces of rope. Thanks!
@whcom19773 жыл бұрын
@sheeraz92 I'm with you. I can't find it in the video, how long the shelf piece is. It would be nice to get a direct answer other than to refer back to the video... Did that already out I wouldn't be asking the question! ~~ Since the person didn't just answer your question so we could all be informed and make it simple, did you ever figure out out? Can you tell me the measurement of the panel? Great shelf, but wish the cord lengths and shelf measurements were a little more clear. I'm sitting here converting cm's into inches and guessing on shelf length. Not fun.
@sheeraz923 жыл бұрын
@@whcom1977 Hi! Apparently, the author updated the video description after my comment. I understand now that the wood stick is 60cm long, and the wood panel is 45.5cm long 🙂

I'm tying the 480 cm cords on, and I see you are attaching them with the raw ends even. In the information that pops up, it shows the working cord and filler cord at different lengths. I am confused - I cut 8 cords 480 cm, will it work out okay if i tie them on evenly?

Absolutely beautiful piece I’ve just finished making it, thank you! Although I will say your instructions are not very clear a little bit of back & forth with the video to make sure I was doing it right as I’m quite new to macrame. Maybe instead of the repetitive music throughout a bit more either spoken or written instructions would go a long way in helping newbies. Thanks again for the macrame piece

How do you wash it?
@knotknotmacrame2 жыл бұрын
Not suggest to wash it. Actually wall hanging won't get dirty that easy unless you keep touching. Just clean the dust occasionally using vacuum. If you really feel like washing it, wash it by hand with delicate fabric wash. After that, use big towel to cover the wall hanging to get rid of excess water. Dry flat & avoid direct sunlight.
