DIY: Making Our Own Intake Manifold

We are running out of options with affordable and decent intake manifolds so we decided to make our own for our engines!
The manifold was modeled in SketchUp and it was printed with PPA-CF filament on a Bambu X1C and aluminum by a professional 3D metal printer.

Hello, Just discovered your channel. +1 great content. (I build engines for vintage motocross racers-all 2-strokes) regarding your printed intake, in operation the inflowing air mixture will keep it cool enough to function. The problem is after a heat cycle & its just sitting absorbing all the left over heat of the engine....I have designed a few printed reed block/tuned intake scenario's, all decent prototypes were eventually cast in aluminum for the racing. I am an old model maker (furniture ind.) & have a small foundry & manual machine shop in the basement. Keep up the content & thanks!

I found a professional 3D printing company to do it for me, I don't have the machine myself.

With rigid manifold, are you not struggle with "fuel foaming" "fuel emulsification" on the carburator? Did you try TPU ?

This design was based on a tried and tested design, I only added a few more details specifically for our application. So far, I have not experienced fuel foaming. As for the fuel emulsification, I don't not what that looks like.
