Aw- here in Louisiana we are sad no Mardi Gras 2021! I am using this technique for a drive by bridal shower. Will use white touille and white roses . For the front porch. Thanks for the cutting tutorial. I never would have done mine even!

tulle and glue are not the best combo, which is why pins are used. if your worried about straight pins, I use greening pins, they stay put a little better and they are what all floral design people use ..

melissa wheeler - for my daughter's birthday several years ago now...I made tall topiary trees as a marker so people would use the side gate rather then coming through the front door. I used crepe paper which I twisted and hot glued down to the styrofoam ball. You have to be careful with the tulle because you will get brunt but the crepe paper works up a treat as well.

Very nice....what size is the container and how large a foam ball did you use? F.Y.I. you can purchase glue that will not melt the foam.

Thank you! It's was a small topiary pot about 6" tall. The ball was about 6" ball. To save you time and a few steps I now suggest using a topiary foam. Tyra Ross Sorry you are having a hard time finding the mask. I don't know the name of the mask because they didn't have a brand name on them. They just had the store tag where they are sold on them. Every single topiary ball I've seen on KZbin is pinned! If you were going to sell these or even just give these away, you couldn't. Why isn't anyone gluing these. Pinning is so wrong for a number of reasons...if a child gets a hold of them, there's trouble. They see nice looking but why not glue them.
