Jennifer. how big are the ornaments and what size is the buttons? Thank You!!

Hi Sherri! The ornaments are roughly the size of my hand, if not - a tad bigger! They were the largest ornaments I could find at the Dollar Store at that time. They are NOT the jumbo sized ones that people tend to hang outdoors though. These ones are still size appropriate for an indoor tree. As for the buttons, I also picked up larger sized buttons (buttons you'd usually see on trench coats). Hope this helps!! It's hard to tell you the exact sizes as I have gifted this to a loved one already :) Regardless, this tutorial should work for any sized ornament!!

oops! sorry for the late reply - i didn't see this comment until now :( but to answer your question, i was reeeeaaaaaalllly shy back then so recording a voice over was intimidating to me haha (hence why i tried to hide my face in this video too). Looking back now, i totally wish i had done a voice over but now, i ALWAYS do voice overs because they are 1000000000% better than just music playing!

But no one has to see you. I mean I get it and that is Really shy. Well I am glad you are progressing in that area. I like to hear people say what their ups and downs were, if any, in making stuff and shortcuts if they come to you, stuff like that. The crafts are really cute and thanks for sharing.

I'd like to do one; know nothing about the how. I started watching the craft vids to get ideas to make some money for supplements and a protocol I am following for cancer since I cannot work; was recently diagnosed and making a vid on this experience is an option too. I recently found out test findings were kept from me: totally unacceptable for a diagnosis like that. Watching these and crafting helps me focus on other more positive things and is a distraction from pain.

haha! yeah, sorry about that! this was one of my first videos 4 years ago - I didn't really know how to film or edit and didn't have the proper equipment to do voice overs at the time but still really wanted to share this craft with people, so i went for it anyway. Regardless, I'm glad you liked the DIY and I'm happy to share with you that I now do voice overs with all my DIY videos! Yay to progress! :D
