To give you all a laugh. I have a record player someone gave to me years ago. It is a huge wood cabinet with carved wooden legs. It hand cranks to move the turntable. I have the needles, glass records and wax records. It’s a Strand phonograph made in 1926. Works and I sounds amazing! :)
