Cool idea!! I use paper hand towels for bed blankets as well as tarps, but I'm liking the towelette better for the tarps because, as you mentioned, of the shiny surface display.👍🤘

I haven't used paper towel before, how does the texture go with it? Does the wetting it with glue/water mixture remove all the little lumps and bumps?

@@dinkydioramas8349 No, not on the thicker paper towels I get from Wal mart. When I worked for Frito Lay, they had a towel called a "wipe-all" it was very thick, used to clean the kitchen machines, and after the glue dried, it was super sturdy!

@@roadskare63 We dont have Walmart in Australia, or Frito Lay, I have no idea what that is lol. But we do have paper towel, so I guess our paper towel experiences are much varied. I find the paper towel in Australia is usually covered in little indentations for "absorbency on major spills". Their advertising tactics dont help my cause. 🤣

I'd love to know what you would use the wipe for in a laundry box? I can imagine a wipe all folded up as a mini towel, or rumpled laundry. Do tell! 🙂

My god… so clever. I’ll be in Newcastle btw Xmas and new year if you would like me to drop off some random tiny objects. Left over from things from things I tried to do, or the insides of broken fidget toys (haha… I’m a child psychologist). I can leave them at post office or anywhere. I’ll be in the CBD area, but hanging with my adult children is Hamilton/islngton area. No probs if it doesn’t suit.

Great idea. I always used tissues for sneezing and then the same technique to put them into shape, but tissues have indents that don‘t fit a tarp. I am wondering if the wipes for glasses don’t work as well as the KFC ones and they are dirt cheap and available in masses.

You should try every kind of wipe you can get, every one of them comes out with different results, so go hog wild on the wipes and see what happens! PS Did you have issues with the tissues having lumps in them after using a sneeze as the glue substitute? 😂
