The reason why you use cam locks is so you can dismantle the unit that's why you don't use GLUE! If you want to use GLUE use screws that way you get strongest joint

How are you supposed to use screws without exposing their heads? The Minifix is a hidden fixing armature.

Hello, very welcome. I'm using a router, but it's not required. You can use a drill with a good stand. The main thing is that the hole is as perpendicular as possible

how u control the length of drill,suppose cam dia 15 mm.which tool & arrangement to control the drill,it gets penetrated through ply board. initial jig price of hole making arragement.

You can use "drill bit depth stop collar" (a few dollars in eBay). Or you can wrap tap around drill bit like twitter.com/cdlsouthwest/status/780804350780248064. The thing is that you don't need a precise depth. Nut hole will cover it anyway.

Էս մետաղյա ֆուտոռկաները չհավանեցի։ Շաբլոնիս վտուլկեքը 5, 6, 8 ու 10 են, իսկ սա ուզում էր 7, քանի որ 8-ով միքիչ լայն էր ստացվում, ու մեկումեջ ծուռ էր մտնում, հետն էլ զենկովկա պիտի պարտադիր արվեր։ Պլաստիկ ֆուտոռկա էլ փորձեցի, առանձ սոսինձ լավ չէր ամրանում, շտիֆտի հետ պտտվում էր։ Հիմա էլի 5մմ (6.3 պարուրակի լայնություն) սամորեզ տարբերակին եմ անցել (Hafele) արագ ու հուսալի ա ստացվում, շաբլոնով էլ միանգամից ծակում եմ։

As so many have said, this makes NO sense to me. Why would you use dowels and glue when you are using a camlock system??? If you are using the camlocks to pull the pieces together, have you ever heard of clamps? If you want a knockdown piece, use camlocks only. If you want a permanent connection, use dowels and glue only. I just don't get it?????

But outside of the shop without a handy workbench, I find this way easier. If you want a knockdown piece, use camlocks only -This is wrong. Camlocks should be used in pairs with dowels. Camlock pulls pieces together but it will have some play towards the join surface. Have you ever seen any furniture with camlocks and without dowels? If you want a permanent connection, use dowels and glue only - Chipboard is not strong enough to be connected only with dowels. This is true for solid wood or plywood, but not for chipboard. Make sense?
