Check your ground clamp connections. Like the stud is loose like Jake had going on.

Its fine, I just cant seem to get the little stuff. when I use my 035 wire on thicker material, I have no issue, but when I put the 025 wire I can never seem to get it dialed in.

Did you change the groove and flip the drive wheel? Groove size is different.

How many hours do you think are on the saw?

that's tough to say, maybe 100 hours. I've had it for 2 years now and I use it as my main saw unless I'm just cutting limbs.
