This is my favorite reverb. If you want to replace the crystal on this with an adjustable clock for tape-delay style noises etc. you can use a PT2399 just for the clock output on pin 5.... I have a video about it if you're curious

Hello, please tell me what voltage you have at the input of the FX board and at the output ..? I noticed that if you put more than 0.7V into the input of the board, then there may be distortion on some effects ... but my board is a little different. What do you think about this?

Great aluminium cutting technique. What do you use as the adhesive paper? Can you laser print onto it?
@HAGIWO4 жыл бұрын
Adhesive paper was printed using a convenience store service. It is a laser print.

Nice craftsmanship. Just a word, avoid using hot glue, try ms35 polymer or 10 minute epoxy, things become much more resistant that way. I have considered buying this processor for my projects, but us$ price makes prices weird here, a vox stomplab seemed like a safer option at the time.

How did you connect the power to eurorack??? This is amazing, been wanting something like this for awhile...

What is the pcb you’re using? I must have missed something.

excellent ! do you add nothing for modular synth ? no little circuit with op amp ? thx
@HAGIWO4 жыл бұрын
Two Schottky barrier diodes and a 10kΩ resistor are used as a protection circuit. No operational amplifier is required.

@@HAGIWO Is the same configuration as the linked video? 3v Schottky diode ? i need to protect mine, i've blown one already .. thank you

@HAGIWO I don't see where the 10k resistor is connected in this protection circuit. Is the 10k resistor in series with the diode connected to GND? Greatly appreciated if you can explain :)
@interference74803 жыл бұрын
@@victorvillafagne4984 were you able to figure out the circuit? From the video, I can see the diodes both connected to the input, but I do not see where the resistor is. I am of the understanding of protection circuits like this, but the video doesnt appear to show this same configuration: external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fminimopar.net%2Fperf%2Fimages%2Feepc-basic-input.gif&f=1&nofb=1

@@HAGIWO Is the 99 effects board mono or stereo output? I'm thinking of incorporating it into a synth project I'm building.
@davidanderson79203 жыл бұрын
@@simoncardie9371 hey in case you didn't get the answer elsewhere - it's stereo. I've built an interface circuit to allow me to incorporate it as a stereo fx bus on my drum machine.

@@davidanderson7920 Thanks. I discovered that, but for some reason, the knob on mine turns the entire volume down, not just the effect volume? Some other people have reported the same issue.

Excellent DIY ! Where do you source the circuit itself ?
@sheepkillindog4 жыл бұрын
Just got mine from AliExpress. Took awhile to get here from China. Using a voltage step down processor to convert a 9v battery to the required 5v. But my eurorack is 9v battery powered so that’s why this appealed to me.
