Thanks…… I was thinking of doing the same thing…….just wasn’t sure of the sound from speakers in a shallow cap? Are you running an amp also?

No amp, I think the stereo is like 35w per channel and matches the speakers well.

Good video. Very cool. One question I have to ask though... why not just put Bluetooth speakers in the pods and run them from your phone?

Great question. I like the FM option because there are a lot of good stations where I live outside Minneapolis. I got the receiver on marketplace for like $25. It is not blue tooth so I ran an accessory wire under the tank with the speaker wires.

Can you hear the speakers in highway speeds?

Not at full cruising speed. Works good for city cruising but a fairing or at least more powerfull speakers would work better at full send.
