1 box Borax
1 big tub Oxy Clean
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup salt
essential Oil of your choice is optional.

My daughters love scent beads, and I used to add those in the beginning when we were transitioning, but they are so toxic. I have just had to teach them how damaging VOCs are and now they are fine with this.

@@RhiannonRambles I think I heard you whining about Borax’s price…something you don’t even need. You use WS, and Oxiclean is about 50% WS. More WS appears when the sodium percarbonate Oxiclean contains dissolves and releases hydrogen peroxide. You also don’t need to dilute your concoction with salt and baking soda. They’re fillers which reduce the concentration and cleaning effectiveness of soap.
