Would you have had a different outcome if you removed the drawers and painted them with the embossing medium separate from the drawer channels?

I personally prefer adding texture with the drawers in place because I find it the easiest application. However, you can certainly apply texture separately to the drawers, doors, and other components of the jewelry box if you prefer.
