@@amywatters3825 thank you so much 😊 Are you making ornaments this year?
@amywatters3825Ай бұрын
@@spiritedlivings I played around with alcohol ink and faux jadeite in clear plastic baubles. I also have the Ginger and Spice IOD mould from last year but haven't yet used it. Your ornaments are so adorable and I watched every minute to see your details. It is such a helpful video!

They are so beautiful and you put so much effort on them. I was wondering isn’t plaster very brittle?
@spiritedlivings12 күн бұрын
@@tatianamarinaki9820 Thank you so much 😊 And you’re absolutely right about plaster so these ornaments are very delicate but easy to handle. If I wanted to sell these I’d use IOD air dry clay, I feel it’s less fragile than plaster ☺️

These are amazing!!! Can you tell me where you got you stamp with your name on it?
@spiritedlivings13 күн бұрын
@@tamisylvester2293 Thank you so much 😊 I think I got it from a shop on Etsy that does custom work but it’s been a few years and sadly don’t remember the name of the shop. I’m sure you can find one by searching custom made stamps on Etsy ❤️

Hi could you please list the recipe for the plaster mix? And how long it takes to harden? Can we use plaster of Paris for this?
@spiritedlivings Жыл бұрын
Absolutely ☺️ so the bag says 16 ounces of plaster to 10 ounces of water. It takes 30mins to harden (which is too long for my liking 😂) and then you have to let it sit for about 24 hours to cure. I divide that by half if I’m using the whole mould and an extra one. I would assume you could used plaster of Paris as well, I don’t see why not. If you try it out let me know ☺️🤍🤍🤍
