For the curbed side, maybe it would be simpler to sew the blue edges flat with like a zigzag stitch, just to keep the pieces aligned. Then, add the black as in the video.

How do you personalize with my own logo on the TPU.

You could cut out the logo in black fabric and iron it on, or get some vinyl or TPU stickers printed.

Your iron appears to be 220v; any idea how much additional time using a 110v iron?

It’s a 220V iron but it’s plugged into a 110V circuit. A 110V iron should take the same amount of time, because the iron needs to be at the same temperature to make the welds either way.
