▪Beading Thread (200cm)

Very elegant looking. I love how you show the thread paths. I'm just curious as to why you used delicas for the base rather than rocailles. I wasn't sure if it was just personal preference or if there was a specific reason for having to do it that way. Thank you for the wonderful, and easy to follow, tutorial!

Thank you very much for watching my video. Using delicas as the base is a point of my consideration for this design. I used delicas as the base for the following reasons： ★1. This design images simple and voluminous, but feel a bit thick. I wanted to make the base as flat and thin as possible. The shape characteristic of delicas is even more expressive of flatness. ★2.The 3D bulge of the three strand braid is more expressive when delicas is used. ( because delicas are cylindrical bead) ★3. The use of gold delicas (which are more expensive) in the invisible base makes this item more elegant. ★4. Delica bead has a larger hole, which makes work process easier. This reply is so long!
