Nice looking design and good video too. Our setup is all mounted to an aluminum hand truck with the NorthStar 2.2gpm, a motorcycle battery, power switch, and a milk crate to hold whichever 5gal bucket or jug of sealer, water, or for spot cleaning softwash batch mix The battery has an SAE to connect to battery tender. Your setup is more friendly for grab and go if you don’t mind carrying a 50+ lb jug from your truck to the area you need to use it.

Have you looked at Lowe's in the plumbing section? Mine sells the clear 3/8 poly tubing

So your not having any problems with pumps burning up? The battery is 20volt but pump is 12volt. I put a voltage reducer on the ones I built.

Never with the pump burning up, but if you do not clean it out well and you are using a two-part water-based sealer it will lock the pump up.
