I do plan on getting a RX 8800 when they are released but even for the time being the RX 6750 12GB that I have in it has 0% bottleneck according to bottleneck calculator so I don't think it is to be honest, look for yourself on the calculator and its running every game I've thrown at it on ultra settings at 1440p. I don't leave it at ultra though because it just lowers the frames and makes the fans ramp up and well there's barely any noticeable difference between high and ultra on most games so high it is 😉. I also thought the whole point of it was to leave yourself room to be able to upgrade in the future so that's exactly what I've done, I don't ever want to waste my money on a 80 or 90 series card otherwise I would have stuck a Ryzen 9 7950X3D in there, the most I would go to is a 70 series card from Nvidia or anything good from AMD so that's why I went for it because it's a mid range CPU for mid range cards and to be honest boys it's not all that it's made out to be, like I said a mid range CPU for mid range GPUs.
