Tulle net www.ebay.co.uk... cost £1.99 per meter.
Depends on the thickness you need many layers can be added.
If you need 2 layers of 2.5 meter long 5 meter fabric will be enough. 10 meter can be cut into 4 pieces and it can cost £20.
A hoola hoop can be get from dollar store or Poundland kind of stores for cheap price.
A chiffon fabric will look like the Pinterest pictures and it will be thicker than the tulle net fabric.
