Thank you for explaining and showing how to make these, as a previous viewer stated this is the easiest and clearest video explaing this craft. None of the previous videos I've watched tell you how long to leave the flowers and leaves to dry. I now feel confident to make these flowers and leaves. Kind regards Sandra

These are so cool, I've saw them before but never tried it. You explained the method very clearly as well as giving tips along the way (e.g. the foam, vanilla essential oil, etc.) I saw Al John do this and she mentioned you so I ended up here, TFS

I am so glad to have found your channel! Your videos are NOT too long. I also appreciate that you show so many options for the very cool things that you demonstrate that make a truly mixed media presentation. I can't wait to make these lovely little flowers and will use them to embellish my art quilts and hangings. The thimble as flower pot was just terrific!

Thank you very much for the detailed, patient and instructive video. I think you did a great job! The only problem is that you kept wandering off to do things, or getting distracted and showing us other things like your box full of things and your Leaf tutorial which could have been a whole separate video or an add-on at the end, and this video ended up being a lot longer than it needed to be. Better to support your excellent teaching skills and patient instruction by going into it with a plan and being prepared with all of your materials handy. Even if you felt those extra parts needed to be in there, they didn't need to be scattered throughout, as though you got distracted from what you were actually teaching us, because you're teaching is excellent, but the interruptions are not. That could be easily fixed with some editing. I know a lot of people have such smooth editing that it looks like they do everything one time and in one take, but a lot of these videos, in fact most of them, have done it several times and then edited it down to one good video. Even if you don't want to learn how to do it that well, you can still learn how to cut out the long bits like when you walked away and went looking for something and we're stuck just looking at the screen trying to fast forward to the right moment. There are video and audio production help videos for that right here on KZbin, or you could Google some up from almost anywhere. You are creative, and skilled, and a good and detailed teacher--don't change any of that! You just need to add some video skills to your presentation and you will be above all the rest! 😃

Hi Secret!! Thank you so much for sharing this.. You definitely made our night last night. Me and my daughter were trying to do these last night and no kidding it took forever and we couldn't seem to even get the petals right. Last night I found this video and made over 6 large flowers. The only thing I'm doing differently is dipping them in wood glue first then after drying painting the glue over the petals then we will use nail polish...I showed my daughter this morning and she was amazed. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH. IT DIDNT SEEM TOO TERRIBLY LONG BUT I LEARNED ALOT AND THERE WAS ALOT OF INFORMATION... THANKS AGAIN.

Thank you SO much for your tutorial, you make it look so easy and very informative. I’ve been trying different ways for making flower petals but they all seem to be different shapes and keep sliding off of the ‘pen’ that I’ve been using, so not very productive! I’m off now to give it another go, so keep your fingers crossed. Will keep you updated.

Great job, and to my way of thinking, it was as long as it needed to be and, when I watch a you tube, I appreciate being a part of the conversation. This isn't a tv show, it's real life!!!
