Do you need to bake again after you use the alcohol ink pens or just wait to dry and then resin. They don’t run?

I tend to just wait for them to dry and then resin, but a heatset will help prevent any bleeding that may accrue.

I don't know. It would depend on the brand and if they reacted with the clay.
