What an interesting idea. I myself own a popsocket. and love it. one of my favorite things about it though is that it's retractable so I can keep it on my phone at all times. But for people who want to customize or don't want to spend the money on the an actual pop stock this is a great project. :D

Yes I agree!! That's the downfall, it not being retractable. I'd say that this is more useful for carrying around in a purse or to keep on your nightstand for temporary use, since it is resistant to being pulled off but can be slid off quite easily if you want it to :) Thank you so much for watching!!

Another way u can do it is get a water bottle cap and put clay in it and before the clay dries [dont need to bake it] put a bandy straw thing in it and glue it on a case it is rly easy

This is helpful! Because my phone has a cat holder and it's falling off. So my mom can go on Amazon or if we have any actually we do have lots of suction cups and hot glue gun but we don't have a sewing needle so I might use a tic tac because we have lots of those!

The suction of the suction cup makes it stick by itself!! If for some reason it doesn't work with your phone case you can also glue it but that would be a more permanent option

Thanks!! The tape was just to cover it so I didn't accidentally get paint on the bottom, but the suction is really what makes it stick :) It works great, you just have to clean the bottom every once in a while so it keeps sticking!

april paul hmm I think you should just skip the needle step, because cutting the needle would be difficult unless you have wire cutters. It's for extra reinforcement but not essential! Just use enough glue to keep the 2 suction cups together 👍🏼
