fake your transformer output is too small for that output. you buy a inverter arc welder that u use while your welding it. you didnt show the transformer actually welding😂😂😂 and the sound of the arc seems its a dc output from inverter welding not ac from the transformer😂😂

NO not DC, AC, but no current. I weld, and you? Only 1-1.5mm can be welded if you find a small enough AC electrode.

Should be low voltage like 25vac but high in amps they have ac and dc welders but Dc is the best the stinger is always the ground so basically your shorting it out causing it to arch that’s why it’s called arch welding or you can hook up a couple 12v batteries to 24v or 4 6v batterys to 24v for more output

This isnt the first video posted by this guy that looks a total nonsense. However, although his transformer is shit, I do have a very large torroidal core myself which is rated for about 200W. If I wrap about 2-3 turns of very thick wire I reckon I'd end up with a device with enough poke to weld batteries. Worth a try

Очередной фейк! Транс где-то максимум на 200 ватт. Напруга для сварки должна быть 20-25 вольт. Что при этой напруге будет с током? - 10 ампер? Сварочный ток должен быть 30-50 а на кв мм

200 ватт если отдаст с холостым ходом в пол ампера это уже будет великолепно. А вообще, 25 вольт актуальны только для полуавтомата. Иными словами, дуговой сваркой ты его х*й разожжешь, нужна напруга на холостом ходу минимум 45 вольт, лучший вариант - 70 вольт. И при такой плотности тока ваш трансик сгорит адским огнем. Этот параметр применяется для свариваемых поверхностей, а не для обмоток.
