Alternative method: 1. Dye/bleach bands across your jeans of choice 2. Cover the borders with a frayed denim ribbon Might be just as difficult as joining two garments together, but at least there will be less risk of uneven legs/sewing mishaps

Looks like that is exactly what she did for the jeans in the clickbait. They are not the ones in the tutorial. Let's you know how she really feels about DIYers confidence. Bet she starts selling that ribbon you thought of , hope you get the credit. Wait, I just looked and it already exists. Wonder why she couldn't show us that part. Probably because it's another new product that is made new, not recycled, and therefore ruins the whole overarching theme of avoiding ruining the planet for fashion. I know, she already uses lots of grommets. But the fraying !?! That has been fine all ragged and REAL for a long time, and nothing beats the real thing.

Yes, that's definitely possible. As a matter of fact, it's a great way to shorten jeans or make them go from high-waist to low rise. 👍🏽

Liz Claiborne jeans are very hourglass cut. They are definitely made for ladies that have hips and booty. As someone who has hips but suffers from No-ass-at-all I cannot wear Liz jeans. If I get them to fit my booty-less bottom they cut my waist so much I can't button them if I plan on sitting down, if I go a size up I look like I have a full diaper from the back. I may like my Irish red hair but the super pale, can't tan, no butt side of those genes are no fun at all. The end result is freaking awesome!!!!!! Very figure flattering with the solid dark color on the bottom, keeps your legs looking long and lean!!!
