DIY: Replace Front Diff on Evo 9 Transfer Case

*Relevant Fastener Torque Specs:*
ring gear bolts - 54 +/- 4 ft-lbs
transfer case cover bolts - 17 +/- 2 ft-lbs
drain plug - 24 +/- 2 ft-lbs
filler plug - 24 +/- 2 ft-lbs
downpipe to o2 housing bolts - 37 +/- 4 ft-lbs
downpipe to cat bolts - 37 +/- 7 ft-lbs
lower tie bar bolts - 37 +/- 7 ft-lbs
upper strut mount bolts - 33 +/- 3 ft-lbs
strut to hub bolts - 123 +/- 7 ft-lbs
CV shaft nut - 167 +/- 21 ft-lbs
wheel lug nuts - 73 +/- 7 ft-lbs
*loosen for the grammer Nazis lol

Take it from me and replace any seals while your doing it. I think jacktransmission sells the kit. I learned the hard way lol

Did the seal kit from jacks transmission include the oil seal where the clutch pack is? The very big oil seal. At 3:14 mark

Hey bro @EVONSAF When do you need to upgrade or need to strengthen ur tcase? Gone from stock to 400hp & I haven't launched my baby yet! I always look at strengthening everything on my EVO8MR (JDM8MR) first! My EVO has ACD from Australia!

Most people run 1000hp and run stock transfer case. Just gotta baby the launch.
