For me i bought it from Shopee Malaysia, but it is also available at AliExpress and Amazon. Just search for Keyboard Foam or Switch Dampening Foam and choose the correct layout for your keyboard.

For the complete one just search "Sound Dampening Foam Keyboard" in any online shop (i.e. Shopee, Lazada or Aliexpress), just make sure the Layout matches the RK61 Pro. If Plan to DIY it, just purchase EVA Foam Sheet or Neoprene Sheet and cut it accordingly.
