This purse is so beautiful! I would love to try to make something like this. Can you use a heavier string instead of monofilament? I worry that the knots wouldnt stay in.

Hello! Thank you! 😊 I’m glad you like the design. To address your concern, once you tie the knot tightly and securely, it won’t come out of the middle of the bead. The bead holds it in place firmly. Just make sure to pull the knot tight and position it well inside the bead.
